Employee Wellbeing
All organisations now recognise the importance of promoting positive mental wellbeing for members of staff. The benefits to the person and the organisation are well studied and documented. It is now an established fact that organisations that promote mental wellbeing for staff are rewarded with higher productivity and increased levels of loyalty.
The approach I take is to blend mindfulness training with thought management and stress reduction techniques. This course can be delivered over a day or a half-day.
The emphasis is on learning the core skills, but this course relies heavily on fun to get it's message across. Team tasks and role play are all used to make this a day to remember!
